Class schedule

Small classes, scheduled in blocks.

Sharon teaches Pilates part-time alongside her school teaching role, so spaces are limited. To ensure consistency in your fitness journey, you may like to consider booking the same class each week, until the end of the current schedule. We realise that everyone’s schedules change, and things crop up, so class refunds are available within the required cancellation time. New clients are to complete the online intake before their first booking and attend a Beginner Foundation Class, or turn up 20 minutes early for their first Group Mat Class, so Sharon can run you through the Pilates principles.
