Book →As Sharon shares her time between school teaching and Pilates, class spaces are limited. To ensure consistency in your fitness journey, you may like to consider booking the same class each week, until the end of the current schedule. We realise that everyone’s schedules change, and things crop up, so class refunds are available within the required cancellation time. Another series of classes will be scheduled for bookings towards the end of the current block of classes.
New to Pilates? Come and join one of our Beginner Foundation classes. If you miss out on a Foundation Class, you will need to turn up 20 minutes early for your first Group Mat Class, so Sharon can run you through the Pilates principles, vocabulary and fundamental movements. All new clients must complete the online intake — Terms & Conditions plus a short questionnaire — before your first booking.
